Shipping Policy

We take care to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Signature on Delivery

All shipped orders require a signature on delivery. This helps protect both you and us by ensuring your parcel is received safely.

If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the courier may:

  • Leave a calling card with collection details, or

  • Redirect the parcel to a local depot or post office for collection

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the nominated delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts or failure to collect parcels from the carrier within their specified timeframe.


Returns, Exchanges & Faults

If there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem.

Returning an Item

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be returned to our store.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
