OFF RAMP SPECS

The Lib Tech Skunk Ape II C2X Snowboard is a big resort board for big resort guys. This board was once a small child, a park rat twin that liked to bounce around on rails and jumps. But then one day, it started growing. First it grew big around the middle. But not fat, more like those dudes that lift barrels and rocks and stuff in strongman competitions. Sturdy. Then it got tall. Lanky through the trunk and with a big long nose. Finally it got strong as hell, and hairy, and just a little bit malodorous. The Skunk Ape was born. Nowadays it can be seen swinging from trees throughout the ski area, leaving monstrous bomb holes underneath powdery cliffs, denting downrails in the terrain park, and leaving trenches the size of snowmobile tracks across the groomers.

C2X – A shorter, more aggressive banana rocker combined with cambers that sit more underfoot. Extra solid tip and tail pressure for power, pop, precision and end-to-end stability combined with a medium amount of pressure between your feet for carving, edge hold on ice and float in pow.

Details: 

• The favourite camber of Travis Rice. Mild rocker between your feet with powerful camber to the tip and tail gives you power and pop on groomers and in the park along with float and freedom to charge through powder. Carves the resort, plays in the park, and slays powder.
• Shape: This twin shape is the same tip to tail, and can perform just as well in switch as it does regular.
• Core: Lighter, environmentally nicer, smoother. Combines 60% Aspen and 40% Paulownia woods with Triax, Biax, and Basalt alloy glass for a super smooth and damp ride with lighter weight.
• Base: Fast and rugged with maximum wax retention, plus a bit of extra environmental care.
• Magnetraction: 7 strategically placed serrations along the edges of the board grip onto the snow and hold a strong edge in any condition.
• Tip and Tail: Reduced thickness in the tip and tail reduce swing weight, giving you quicker spins and a lighter board.
• Mounting: 2x4 inserts
• Topsheet: A bio-plastic made from beans. Good for your board, and good for the environment.

Jamie Lynn's pro model snowboard is what you get when you take a simple, no-frills design and push it to the limit. The Lib Tech Jamie Lynn C3 Snowboard is a big directional gun that still maintains some subtle skate style park vibes. Unlike many Lib Tech boards, it features plenty of camber and no Magne-Traction. Paired with a stiffer flex, wide nose, and smooth taper in the nose and tail, this board has a predictable, old-school feel that rips hard and takes no prisoners.
